The Royal Barbados Police Force has a new Deputy Commissioner of Police.
Erwin Boyce, a former Senior Superintendent of Police, will take up the new post effective today.
The RBPF also revealed that Oral Williams who previously served as Acting Deputy Police Commissioner has been appointed Assistant Commissioner in charge of Administration.
Congratulations to deputy Erwin boyce
Congratulations Deputy commissioner Erwin boyce. Well deserved promotion. Proud of lucy.
Huge congratulations on your well earned appointment. An officer and gentleman since your days at the Bridge and Harbour Station.
So Nice and humble
Well one of the things that I strongly suggest that you look into mr. deputy Commissioner ( asst. Police Chief ) is to giving your Public Information officer ( PAO ) an extensive training class on how to describe your fellow black barbadians.
Instead of being the ” laughing stock ” of the ” black caribbean ” you should immediately have your PAO stop describing black Barbadians the way in which a wild jungle animal is described such as having :
(a) a large round / oval shape head
(b) large / broad forehead
(c) large eyes
(d) big nose
(e) large mouth
(f) Big lips
(g) bow legs
(h) walks with an erect stance
mr. deputy Commissioner you should know that the “white world ” thinks that the ROYAL BARBADOS POILCE FORCE is describing either a :
(1) monkey
(2) chimpanzee
(3) Gorilla
(4) Elephant
When the ROYAL BARBados police foRCE gives these descriptions to the Barbados media , and knowing the “weak bajan media ” they go along with the descritions without asking to have them changed.
I have constantly asked the Barbados Police Comissioner and his PAO’s to change the wild animal descriptions ,but with their “LARGE black EARS ” the Comissioner and PAO seem to hear nothing and with their ” LARGE BIG EYES ‘ they seem to see nothing.
I am quite sure that the 5% barbadian population will never allow the RBPF or bajan media to describe the 5% like wild jungle animals.
I’ll congratulate you later if you can get this job done ! ! !
Mr: Boyce i don’t know what it is about you, but i love the dirt you walk on, i hope deep inside you are the beautiful person you appear to be, & may ALMIGHTY GOD BLESS you continually.AMEN( i also know that they must be very nice police women in the force, & i hope they will be given the chance to rise in the force to, ( looking forward to seeing the criminal police male & females gotten rid of) i am am ex-member of the Barbados coast guard, & i am christian in my beliefs ,get rid of the criminals in the force.
CARLISLE NORVILLE says : ” Mr: Boyce i don’t know what it is about you, but i love the dirt you walk on,”
Ossie Moore : Carlisle Norville are you really so illiterate ? ? ?
Fellowe Barbadians it take great national pride and love of country to be a Barbados Coast guard. As` for the police who do wrong; think again twice before you do because Once a Coast Guard always. These guys are the true security of the land. Yes they can be life savers but they are far and beyond that. National Security at a all sphares is their obligation. Laws of the sea and land is their disipline.
Congratulations to Monsieur Erwin BOYCE, as our new Deputy Commissioner of Police. I saw him for the first time about three years ago, On Parade, and I said, “There goes a great man and a budding, even greater Leader.” Leaders are NOT BORN; they are CREATED, MENTORED and MODELLED. In short, great Leaders are the result of much effort, TOIL, and even greater LOVE. YES! Greater Love. Love of God and Self, Family, Fellow Man and Love of the people they Lead, and those they serve.
Mr. BOYCE displays ALL such qualities, and his success is further assured, by an action he took some time ago – he married the lovely young lady, whom he lovingly and most tenderly calls, “My Wife!”
EVERY SUCCESS, ERWIN, WIFE & FAMILY.
Congratulations Oral Williams on being appointed Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of Administration. I know that you will make a great success of this great responsibility.
Every success Mr. Williams & Family.
