A 21-year-old security guard, accused of having sexual intercourse with a minor, has been warned to stay far away from his alleged victim.
The accused, who resides in Belleville, St Michael, is alleged to have committed the act against the 13-year-old girl sometime between April 1 and June 30, 2017.
He was not required to plead to the indictable charge when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick today with his attorneys Marlon Gordon and Harry Husbands.
With no objection to bail from Sergeant Rudy Pilgrim, the accused was released on $3,000 bail.
He returns to the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on October 31.
