A mini bus, registration number B110, owned by Abdea Patel, was badly damaged and the driver Gregg Clinkett, 31, of Marshall and Parkinson Gap, Fairfield, St Michael, complained of shoulder and foot pain. Clinkett reported that the bus hit a pole, overturned and slid on its left side due to brake failure. He lost control of the vehicle. Three other passengers received minor injuries and were taken to QEH by ambulance. An apartment was also damage in the accident.
