The video shows the child on the steps of a building surrounded by two adults. Screenshot of incident taken from social media video. Another adult is heard stating that she is a priest and that the child has demons. A member of the public made a report to the Police yesterday. Director of the Child Care Board Joan Crawford said the Police contacted that agency this morning and provided it with information. The Board is now carrying out its own investigations.
