However, school children, senior citizens and police officers will continue to travel on buses for free. Mottley however assured that members of the public who rely heavily on public transport will benefit from discounts. “Frequent commuters will have the choice of purchasing discounted weekly or monthly passes and transfers. The details of these additional options will be released within the next week,’’ she said.
