It is alleged that Gittens of 5F Madison Terrace, St Michael, believing that Kadeem Clarke had committed murder, provided accommodation and financial assistance to him with intent to impede his arrest. She was not required to plea to the indictable charge, which is alleged to have occurred between February 16 and March 23, 2019. As part of her bail conditions the accused must now report to the Black Rock Police Station every Monday and Friday before 9 a.m. Gittens will reappear before Magistrate Wanda Blair on September 17, 2019.
