They are 48-year-old businessman Rodney Rudolph Simpson, of Stanley Terrace, The Pine, St Michael and 45-year-old Orlando Adolphus Davis, of Nursery No. 2, Four Roads, St Philip who is unemployed. The two are accused that on April 9, 2019 not being at their place of abode had with them articles for use in connection with criminal deception namely one The Caribbean Inc job letter and two pay slips from the same company bearing the name Orlando Davis. The two pleaded not guilty to the charge and were released after Magistrate Douglas Frederick accepted their sureties.
