Zanroy Reuben Gunning of Checker Hall, St Lucy admitted in the No. 2 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court today to unlawfully and maliciously committing the act against Marcia Clarke on April 13. Addressing Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant, the prosecutor Cameron Gibbons asked that the facts of the case be deferred in order for the complainant to be present.
