Xavier Lamar Ka’shawn Johnson, of 2nd Avenue Birds River, St Michael pleaded guilty in the District ‘A’ Maigstrates’ court to throwing the stone while on Tudor Bridge Road on April 18 which was likely to cause injury to a passenger. Jonson who appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court over the wekend also admitted to damaging a Transport Board bus on the same date without lawful excuse. The prosecutor said the bus was on the road around 8:15 a.m. when the driver heard a loud noise like glass breaking. He went to investigate and discovered the rear right side window broken. The matter was reported to the police and Johnson was later arrested. Magistrate Doulgas Fredrick ordered the report on the accused in preparation for sentencing and also placed the teen on a daily 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
