Twenty-eight-year-old Chad Rene Cadogan, of Lower Brighton, St George is also facing charges of possession, possession with intent to supply and possession with intent to traffic cannabis. The accused was not required to plead to the May 4 charges which were said to have originated in the District ‘B’ jurisdiction. There were no objections to his bail but he had no one to sign on his behalf. Cadogan will appear in the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court on May 9 to answer the charges.
