Marston Owen Mascoll, of Nelson Street, St Michael was sentenced today when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the No. 1 District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court. He pleaded guilty to uttering a forged CIBC FirstCAribbean International Bank (Barbados) Limited cheque to Savings Plus Supermarket payable to O’Brian Fred Pollard and drawn from the account of the National Insurance Scheme for $975.66. He also admitted trying to obtain from the same supermarket groceries and money via the same forged cheque on May 31 .
