Shooting in Redman’s Village leaves man injured

Police are currently at the scene of a shooting incident in Redman’s Village, St Thomas.

The victim, a man, was taken by ambulance to the QEH.

The shooting occurred just before 7:30 pm.

Motorists are advised that the road between the traffic lights at Redman’s Village, south toward the Welches roundabout is temporarily closed due to the ongoing police investigations.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
