Natalie Nicole Harewood, who contested The City seat in the last general election, on an independent ticket must now adhere to a daily 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
The measure is part of the $3,000 bail condition imposed on the 40-year-old, of the Combermere Street/Nelson Street, St Michael.
Harewood must also report to Central Police Station every Wednesday before noon with valid identification.
Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant made the ruling over the weekend after the accused pleaded not guilty to two criminal charges.
Harewood is alleged to have assaulted Lionel Burgess, her father, on February 2 causing him bodily harm as well as unlawfully damaging a window and television set belonging to him.
The prosecutor informed the court that Harewood had been missing with regards to a pending charge but the accused stated that she did not have any outstanding matters as they were dismissed before the last general election.
Harewood will reappear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on August 10.
