He said only nationals of this country will be allowed to enter. The Prime Minister said there will be exceptions for some foreigners to enter such as CARPHA employees and health personnel. Rowley is speaking at a Post Cabinet news conference which still underway at the Diplomatic Centre, St Anns. A special Cabinet was held this morning where this decision was taken.
