Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant recently imposed the order for compensation in that amount on Jaleel Antone Kellman, who was recorded as having no fixed place of abode. He had pleaded guilty to damaging a gas hose belonging to Nicole Mark on March 24 without lawful excuse. He also admitted assaulting her and using the threatening words: “I would barely f*****g stab you with this fork” towards the woman on the same date causing her to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her. Kellman must return before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on August 27, and is on $500 bail in the meantime. He has also been warned to stay away; not to interfere and not visit Mark’s residence. Barbados Today Stay informed and engaged with our digital news platform.
