Shamar Dajhon Romon Mosley, of 27A Reece Land, Brittons Hill, St Michael was not required to plead to the indictable charges in the District ‘D’ Magistrates’ Court this afternoon appearing before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes. It is alleged that he had a revolver and five rounds of ammunition in his possession May 12 without the necessary licence and permit. Another six rounds of ammunition were allegedly found the following day, May 13, when a search warrant was executed. Mosley who was not represented by an attorney-at-law was remanded to Dodds Prison to make his next appearance in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on June 10.
