These forms must be returned to the nurseries no later than Thursday, June 25. According to a notice from the Child Care Board, a medical certificate of clearance for entry into daycare must also be provided for all children returning to nurseries. Parents and guardians are further advised that due to the COVID-19 guidelines in relation to physical distancing, there will be reduced capacity within the nurseries. The Child Care Board has made it clear that the application process applies only to readmissions. No new applications for placement will be considered at this time.
