Madam Justice Pamela Beckles sentenced him to seven years in prison for possession of a 9mm semi-automatic firearm and three years to run concurrently for having three rounds of ammunition. Having considered the aggravating features, mitigating factors and his time spent on remand as well as his guilty plea, Greene has 615 left to serve in prison on the gun charge.
