A woman was stabbed while on the compound of the old Ministry of Health building on Jemmotts Lane, St Michael this morning, police say.
Police were called to the compound shortly after 4 a.m.
They say the woman suffered injuries to her back, chest, both arms and a laceration on her nose.
She is in stable condition at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
