Andrew Dwayne Burgess, 40, of Airy Hill St Joseph, Ramario O’Neal Boxhill, 24, of 3rd Avenue Springer’s Garden St Michael and Jadai Junior Clarke, 25, of School Lane, Halls Road St Michael appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick around midday at the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court this morning. Burgess is charged with five offences: criminal damage, use of a firearm, violent disorder, endangering life, and assault with intent to prevent lawful apprehension. Boxhill is charged with four offences: criminal damage, use of a firearm, violent disorder and endangering life. Clarke is charged with six offences: criminal damage, use of a firearm, violent disorder, endangering life, possession of ammunition and two counts of assault with intent to prevent lawful apprehension. The men will return to court on September 16.
