#BTColumn – Boycotting Disney

The Disney Channel continues to target children with the LGBTQ agenda in its animated shows!

And for the first time in the history of the Disney network, a LGBTQ character is holding the leading role in one of its series, “The Owl House.” This is the same show that promotes witchcraft and which was discussed in this column back in January. It features a teenage girl battling the forces of evil, assisted by a “rebellious witch and a pint-sized warrior.”

Now Disney is battling against parents who desire wholesome entertainment for their children. After all, the Disney brand was hitherto renowned for classic children’s films and family entertainment.

The Channel is boldly exploring “a blossoming relationship” between the main female character, Noceda, and another female Amita Blight (article by Andrea Morris, CBN News August 18, 2020 www1.cbn.com).

But is it any wonder? The creator of “The Owl House” is bisexual and has revealed that she was intrigued by the idea of having “queer kids” in the series!

Now this is the kind of weird thinking that goes along with the LGBTQ agenda. Children are not born “queer.”  God created human beings that are either male or female.  From conception, an infant in its mother’s womb is either a boy or girl.

It must be stated again and again that homosexual behavior is a learnt one.  Physicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists have tried for decades, but have not been able to prove with scientific evidence that any human being on Planet Earth has ever been conceived and born a homosexual.

Yet, here it is, this creative person at Disney talks about children as “queer kids” – as if it were a given! But the whole scheme is a very well thought out and calculated strategy. Targeting children with shows like “The Owl House” is meant to normalize homosexual behavior among the very young.

We all know that children’s minds are like sponges, ready to soak up what they hear and see. Impressionable and gullible are two adjectives used to describe the very young – and for good reason. Seeing their favourite character act out certain roles or say certain things can easily impress children that they can do the same. A very calculated strategy, indeed!

And this is not the first time Disney has portrayed bisexuals in its movies. In March, the animated film “Onward” introduced the first homosexual character in a Disney film. The voice of the character of the Cyclops cop was that of an openly gay screenwriter and actress.

Then, in May, Disney debuted “Out” which featured “a man named Greg who was struggling to tell his parents he was gay.” Disney and others, for sure, are making no apologies for targeting children with the LGBTQ agenda in recent years.

So, how do parents battle this kind of naked exposure to homosexual ideas and lifestyles? Evangelist Franklin Graham, other evangelical Christians and conservative-minded people are encouraging parents to boycott Disney’s LGBTQ agenda. In other words, parents should not patronize or allow their children to watch films from Disney that have a decided LGBTQ slant. And this is good advice not only for Americans, but for all countries where Disney films are shown.
