The charges are as follows: Edward DaCosta Gollop, 48, of School Lane, Halls Road, St Michael and Michael Keenan Blackett, 26, of Block 2C, Flat Rock, St George are jointly charged with the following offences, which occurred on July 16: Violent disorder Three counts of endangering life In addition, Gollop is charged separately for the offence of use of firearm.
