Sixteen-year-old Oshae Saiff Gibson, of No 71 Husbands New Development, St Michael was granted $10, 000 bail with one surety and placed on a daily 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. curfew. His co-accused 31-year-old Leross Leandre Burnett, of 2nd Avenue Fairways Gardens, Rendezvous, Christ Church and 21-year-old Akeem Antwan White, of No 92 Husbands New Development, St Michael were remanded to Dodds following objections from the prosecution. The three will next appear in court on September 25. They are charged with entering Molt Electronics between July 12 and 13 as trespassers and stealing 51 cellular phones, seven tablets and $70 cash with a total value of $29 305. The items were the property of Mohammed Bhamji. It is also alleged that the three stole four rims and tyres, two molding strips, eight cushion covers, three antenna rods and bases, two wing mirrors on August 7. The items were valued at $7 964.41 and belonged to Simpson Motors Limited. The items stolen included 12 batteries, 20 quarts of oil, one coolant, two containers of car wax and $775 cash. Gibson and White are also facing a charge of damaging a door belonging to Rubis Service Station between July 12 and 13. Burnett also appeared in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court recently on charges of dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention and driving without reasonable considerations for other people using the road. The offences are alleged to have occurred on August 23. He posted $3 000 bail on those charges and is expected to reappear before the court on November 27.
