Fifty-five-year-old Neblett denied entering Rohan Hall’s home between August 19 and 20 and stealing two pairs of shoes, four pairs of slippers, five bottles of cologne, three watches, two tablets, four bottles of whiskey, three bottles of brandy and one speaker all with a total value. The resident of 2nd Avenue, Thomas Gap, President Drive, St Michael pleaded not guilty to the offence and admitted to the court that he was currently on bail for an indecent assault matter. Prosecutor Station Sergeant Edwin Pinder objected to bail based on the seriousness of the offence and Neblett’s long list of previous convictions. He told the court that there was the likelihood that Neblett would re-offend. Magistrate Allison Burke granted bail at $3500 and adjourned the matter until March 2021. In a separate matter, $6000 bail was granted to Carlos Mark Ward after he appeared charged with an indecent assault matter. Ward was not required to plead to the indictable matter.
