Man must stay away from his accuser

Five thousand dollars in bail was granted to a man charged with causing serious bodily harm to another.

Trevor Duffy Mayers appeared on the indictable charge today in the District “A” Traffic Court.

Mayers, 30, of 1st Avenue Dover, Christ Church was not required to plead to the charge that he unlawfully wounded Denis Puckerin with intent to maim, disfigure or disable him or to do some serious bodily harm to him on August 16, 2020.

He was warned by Magistrate Allison Burke to stay away from the complainant. He returns to court on March 10, 2021.
