He is about 5 feet 7 inches tall, has a slim build, dark complexion, black and silver hair with a receding hairline. He has a small face, pointed nose and small greyish eyes. He has a hunched back with a drooping right shoulder. He speaks standard English with a soft voice, and displays a pleasant manner. Archer was wearing a black pants, royal blue shirt and a black jacket with black leather dress shoes. He was also carrying a black and white haversack. He left home on Friday, Sept. 11 and has not been seen or heard from since.
