His last known address was given as Savannah Road, Bush Hall, St Michael. “He was a well known food vendor in the Waterford, St Michael area.” Phillips or any member of the public who may know him or his whereabouts are asked to contact the District ‘A’ Police Station at 430 7242 or 430 7246.
