This now brings the total of number of tests completed by the lab to 25,968. Fourteen persons will continue to stay in isolation as there have also been no recoveries. The island’s tally of confirmed cases remains at 203. Once again due to the high volume of tests, the publishing of results were delayed. The Ministry of Health and Wellness has indicated that resources will be redirected to support a faster turnaround. Amongst the 575 tests performed were those belonging to persons identified through contact tracing linked to the most recent cluster, as well as students and staff of The Ellerslie School.
