Police are investigating a shooting incident in Kingsland, Christ Church this morning, which left a man injured.
Around 11:15 a.m., Oistins police personnel responded to a call for a shooting incident at Crystal Crescent.
The victim, who is a 31 years old, reported that he was at home when someone called at his door.
He went to the door and saw a man wearing a black hoodie and a face mask who opened fire hitting the victim in the right armpit.
The assailant ran away from the scene.
The victim was taken to the QEH, by ambulance, where he is currently being treated.
