Police are investigating a shooting incident which occurred at Harmony Lodge, St Martins, St Philip around 6:45 p.m. on Monday, October 12.
According to lawmen a 63-year-old man was reportedly sitting in his doorway when two unknown men confronted him.
“The men searched him, took an undisclosed sum of money, and one (of the men) . . . shot him . . . in the left foot,” Police Public Relations Officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss said in a release.
The victim was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Q.E.H) by private vehicle for medical attention.
