They were all diagnosed after being tested a second time. They are an 18-year-old female, who arrived on British Airways on October 22; a 25-year-old female, who came in on Jet Blue on October 20; and a 20-year-old male, who arrived on Air Canada on October 18. Their results were among 396 returned by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory this morning from tests conducted on October 23. Two persons were discharged from the isolation facility yesterday. Current statistics are: 230 confirmed cases to date, 210 recoveries and 12 people in isolation.
