The Barbados Water Authority wishes to update the public that emergency work being conducted at the Hope Desalination Plant in St Lucy is complete and the facility is back online.
The plant, which had been taken out of service to allow for urgent maintenance, was put back into operation during the evening on Friday, April 16.
Customers in the northern districts supplied from the plant can expect the gradual return of water through their taps.
