The Bridgetown Fish Market will resume operations on Tuesday, April 20, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and the Blue Economy (MMABE) has advised.
Additionally, the Paynes Bay Fish Market will remain closed until further notice.
The Ministry however said that other fish markets across the island will reopen on Monday.
The markets will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays.
Revised protocols will be in place to ensure proper safety standards are observed in the markets and the Ministry is urging the public and fisherfolk to continue practising all COVID-19 protocols as directed.
