While living in Barbados, Mr. Azan’s company, Alamac Manufacturing Co. Ltd., became a member of the Barbados Manufacturers’ Association. Over an eight (8) year period, Mr. Azan held a number of positions in the Association including Chairman of a number of sub-groups, 2nd and 1st Vice President as well as Acting President for a short time. His contribution to the manufacturing sector in Barbados should not go unnoticed. His passionate and innovative thinking has influenced the landscape of modern manufacturing. The BMA extends condolences to his wife, children, other family members and the business community of Jamaica. May he rest in peace.
