When the matter came up Friday morning before Justice Randall Worrell in the No.2 Supreme Court it was adjourned until May 14. Samuel was found guilty in 2019 of manslaughter in the April 26, 2014 shooting of Charlie Dume, 35, at Coyote’s Den Bar on the corner of Nelson and Wellington Streets. During the trial, the pathologist who conducted the postmortem revealed that Dume’s body had seven entry wounds and five exit wounds which were consistent with gunshot injuries.
