He passed away on Tuesday while at the Accident and Emergency Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. He was unvaccinated. Since March 2020, the island has recorded 6,177 confirmed cases (3,086 females and 3,091 males). The public health laboratory has performed 288,100 tests. To date, 122,509 first doses have been administered under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19.
