Mental Health Webinar for Public Officers – October 14

Public officers will soon get an opportunity to examine mental health issues, when the Learning and Development Directorate (LDD) of the Ministry of the Public Service and the Psychiatric Hospital host a webinar on Thursday, October 14.

The webinar is in observance of World Mental Health Day 2021, and has as its theme: Pathways for All Toward Mental Health in an Unequal World. Consultant Psychiatrist attached to the Psychiatric Hospital, Dr. Jo-Ann Brathwaite-Drummond, will make the presentation.

Some of the areas to be addressed during the presentation are: Health Inequalities; The Social Determinants of Mental Health, and No Health Without Mental Health.
