Barbadians and visitors donned their holiday best, and enjoy the sweet sounds from the Barbados Police Band, as well the band Promise. It was just after 7 am that annual Christmas tradition of the Barbados Police Force Band, formally the Royal Barbados Police Force Band, began delivering their holiday hits, from the smooth classics supported by their vocalists, to the rhythmic Bajan hits that all Barbadians love to hear around this time of year.
