A manhunt is on for a 37-year-old prisoner who escaped while at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) this morning.
Police say Roger Rommel Sealy, who had been remanded to Dodds on an aggravated burglary charge, was at the Physiotherapy Department at the hospital, in the custody of a prison officer, when he managed to get away and jump the fence of the western carpark to make good his escape around 11:11 a.m.
Sealy, alias Duck Foot, was last seen in the area of Purity Bakeries near Dunlow Lane, The City.
Police and personnel from Dodds Prisons are currently on the search for the escaped prisoner.
His last known addresses are Scotts Gap, Brittons Hill, St Michael; Martin’s Road, The Pine, St Michael; and Watermill Place, Bayville St Michael.
