That’s according to a senior official involved in the sector who preferred to remain anonymous. The official admitted that there was a delay in the arrival of a shipment of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) over the weekend which affected a small number of customers. He told Barbados TODAY on Tuesday that the gas came in on Friday and then had to be bottled. “It was resolved the same weekend,” the official added. One service station owner who admitted that deliveries were not made for “a couple days,” however said bottled gas was delivered to his outlet on Saturday night.
