The matter is set to continue on Wednesday before Justice Randall Worrell in the No. 2 Supreme Court. Ramsay, a resident of Godding Road, Station Hill, St Michael, is on trial charged with killing 24-year-old Kimberley Hinds, the mother of his child, on March 17, 2013. Hinds’ naked body was discovered on the floor of the living room of her Rock Hall, St Thomas residence by her mother and sisters who had gone looking for her. The state’s case is being led by Director of Public Prosecutions Donna Babb-Agard Q.C and Crown Counsel Kevin Forde. Ramsay is represented by attorney-at-law Angella Mitchell-Gittens.
