The new positives comprised 25 persons who are under the age of 18, and 121 who are 18 years and older. There were 38 people in isolation facilities, and 1,706 in home isolation. Barbados’ confirmed COVID-19 cases stand at 81,174 (37,046 males and 44,128 females), and the number of deaths is 462. The public health laboratory has carried out 688,875 tests since February 2020. Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of persons with at least one dose is 162,426 (71.1 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of fully vaccinated persons is 152,878 (56.4 per cent of the total population) or 66.9 per cent of the eligible population. The eligible population represents those persons who are 12 years and older.
