Stuart, 24, of Shelbourne Gap, St Lawrence, Christ Church, is accused of murdering Damian Trotman on March 21, 2019, in Sheraton Mall. More than 30 of the 58 witnesses expected to take the stand have given evidence so far in the matter which is being heard before Justice Carlisle Greaves. Director of Public Prosecutions Donna Babb-Agard in association with State Counsel Romario Straker are appearing on behalf of the State, while King’s Counsel Andrew Pilgrim along with Kamisha Benjamin and Sian Lange are representing Stuart.
