Justice Carlisle Greaves will continue his summation when the murder trial of Hakeem Roberto Stuart continues in the No. 2 Supreme Court on Tuesday.
Stuart, 24, of Shelbourne Gap, St Lawrence, Christ Church, is accused of murdering Damian Trotman on March 21, 2019, in Sheraton Mall.
More than 50 witnesses gave evidence in the trial.
Justice Greaves, who began his summation on Monday, is presiding over the trial that is being prosecuted by Director of Public Prosecutions Donna Babb-Agard and State Counsel Romario Straker.
King’s Counsel Andrew Pilgrim along with Kamisha Benjamin and Sian Lange are representing Stuart.
