Cummins, 30, of Vauxhall No.2 Christ Church, is accused of murdering Dave Archer on June 10, 2019. Archer was working as a private security guard on board the MV Dreamchaser when he was shot and killed. Archer’s mother Sonia Archer and captain of the MV Dreamchaser Russell Wilson both testified. Senior State Counsel Neville Watson is appearing on behalf of the State while attorney Angela Mitchell-Gittens is representing Cummins. The matter which is being heard by Justice Carlisle Greaves will continue on Thursday.
