The duo had been accused of possession of and trafficking 340.4 kilogrammes of cannabis on November 10, 2010, within the territorial waters of Barbados. They were represented by attorney-at-law Andrew Pilgrim KC. Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions Alliston Seale prosecuted the case.
