Specials unveiled at Harrison’s Cave Eco-Adventure Park

Harrison’s Cave Eco-Adventure Park has launched a promotion for the first summer without COVID-19 restrictions.

During a press conference at the St Thomas attraction on Thursday to announce the All You Can Play Summer promotion, Country Manager Andrea Franklin said the company wanted to take advantage of having no COVID-19 measures, and expose the venue as an all-day multi-use adventure park.

She reminded that the facility did not just have Harrison’s Cave to offer but a ziplining experience, an obstacle course, a rum tasting bar and a poolside grill.

Sales and Marketing Manager Leah Roach said the June 15-September 15 summer promotion will include a variety of packages.

She said the company, which falls under the Chukka Caribbean brand, was offering a 15 per cent discount on combination tours, such as ziplining and the challenge course, as well as ziplining and rum tasting. She said that as part of the business’ signature park pass, the cave tour could be paired with the zipline or challenge course. 

There are also pool day passes, bar passes and other activities which include, half-off Wednesdays, limes, sushi making classes, a nature trail and a Sunday barbeque buffet.

Special rates for groups and CARICOM nationals are also being offered.

Roach added that the company was bouncing back from the economic challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, pointing out that from January to May this year, about 36 000 people patronised the eco-park, which translated to about 7 000 people monthly. Approximately 15 to 20 per cent of those numbers reflect local interest.

Business is expected to resume to pre-COVID-19 levels by next year.

The company will also be rolling out a membership card soon.
