A 29-year-old man has been remanded to prison in connection with the June 15 sexual assault of a female student at the Frederick Smith Secondary School.

Jamel Lorenzo Hunte of Watermans Terrace, Green Hill, St Michael appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Graveney Bannister this morning in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on four charges – the rape of two different minors on June 5 and June 15, and indecent exposure whilst on Folkestone Road, St James, and trespassing at the Frederick Smith Secondary School on June 15.

The three June 15 cases have been adjourned to the District ‘E’ Holetown court on July 21 when Hunte will appear in that court.
The June 5 case, which is a District ‘A’ matter, was adjourned to July 24. (FW)
