Shaquille Oneal Orlando Cumberbatch of 3rd Avenue Parris Gap, Westbury Road, St Michael, and Ramon Sharone Henderson Griffith and Malcolm Marlon Archer, both of Sweet Street, Lowthers Hill, Christ Church, were facing charges of use of a firearm, wounding with intent, unlawful wounding and aggravated burglary against Rocher Chandler. The virtual complainant informed Justice Carlisle Greaves in Supreme Court No. 3 that he no longer wished to pursue the matter, stating that after four years, the case was going on for too long. After he denied being threatened to drop the charges, he admitted when asked by the judge that the funds stolen from him had been recovered. “I am glad you get the money because locking them up won’t help you,” the judge said. Speaking specifically to Griffith, Justice Greaves advised the hired car company owner to focus on his legitimate business going forward. He also advised Archer, who is a steel bender, to continue to learn all aspects of the construction industry, insisting, “There is so much work out there.” You Might Be Interested In Crystal Beckles-Holder, 2nd runner up in regional competition Business owners disappointed Police investigate shooting The judge then warned them to stay out of his court.
