Former calypso queen Aziza Kebret Tsgaye Clarke will return to the High Court in November after her trial date was again adjourned.

While the trial of the Bonnetts, Brittons Hill resident was scheduled to begin on Monday before Justice Pamela Beckles, Principal State Counsel Olivia Davis requested the adjournment, noting that the court was already engaged in several other cases.

Clarke is charged that knowing or believing that Hakeem Stuart had committed murder she assisted him by transporting him in a car to impede his arrest on March 21, 2019.

She was represented by Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens, who appeared on behalf of Senior Counsel Michael Lashley.

Justice Beckles adjourned the matter until November 4, with an alternate date of December 2.
